The Astoria Group is owned by the Shanahan family who have a proud history in development spanning more than 50 years. We undertake a range of projects including retirement villages, apartment and housing construction, land subdivision, commercial buildings and industrial estates.

We involve ourselves in all aspects of the development process from master planning and design, through to construction, sales, property maintenance and management. We retain tight control over our projects from the start to the finish to ensure that they are completed to endure time and provide exceptional value. Our developments have an in-house property services team to ensure our buildings are maintained to an exceptional standard.
